Trafalgar House Announces Shelly Macnab in new Head of Service Delivery Role
Shelly will provide overall leadership to Service Delivery and Client Projects & Data teams. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, Shelly will support the business’ long-term service strategy– including organisational structures and operating models.
Shelly has a wealth of experience within the pensions industry that has included managing in-house and third-party administration services. Shelly joins Trafalgar House from her role as Pensions Administration Manager at National Grid, one of the UK’s largest DB schemes. Shelly also spent 14 years in third-party administration and project manager roles.
