Our journey began as an in-house administrator, rooted in a commitment to quality and member experience. Since our inception, we have evolved into a leading third-party administrator, harnessing technology and innovation from across the market to establish ourselves as administration experts.

Established in 2006
2006Founded in 2006 by the Trustee of the Trafalgar House Pension Trust, we were created to provide an alternative, high-quality administration solution to the UK occupational pensions market.
2010Third-party administration business is launched in response to market demand for high-quality services from a provider with long term market commitment.
2015Our focus on independent assurance secures our first AAF 01/06 reporting standard.
2017Our member web solution, My Work Pension, is developed and launched. Recognised as an Investor in People business. Investor in Customers partnership launched.
2018Achieve Investor in Customers Gold accreditation for the first time. Win ‘Third-Party Administrator of the Year’ at the Professional Pensions Awards.
2019Win ‘Administration Provider of the Year’ at the Pensions Age Awards. Achieve Investor in Customers Gold accreditation.

Trafalgar House appointed to the NFU Mutual Retirement Benefit Scheme
Trafalgar House, the pensions administration specialist, today announced that it has been appointed to provide pension administration services to the NFU Mutual Retirement Benefit Scheme, a hybrid scheme with over £1.1bn in assets and more than 9,000 members. The appointment took effect from 1 July 2021.11 August 2021
Trafalgar House appointed to the Skanska Pension Fund
Trafalgar House, the pensions administration specialist, today announced that it has been appointed to provide pensions administration services to the Skanska Pension Fund, which has more than 7,000 members and over £750m of assets. The appointment took effect from 1 April 2020.27 May 2020
Siemens Pension Schemes appoint Trafalgar House
Trafalgar House, the pensions administration specialist, today announced its appointment by the Siemens Benefits Scheme and the Siemens Healthineers Benefits Scheme. The schemes have a combined membership of 59,500 and will transfer administration to Trafalgar House in two phases; the first half completing on 1 September 2020 and the second on 1 December 2020.03 September 2020
