Transforming the future: launching our new apprenticeship programme

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our first-ever apprenticeship scheme. This initiative is aimed at nurturing new talent and equipping them with the essential skills required to excel in the pensions industry. 

With an increasing capacity crunch, we recognise the importance of investing in the future of our industry. By partnering with Croydon College, we are fostering a new generation of pension professionals who will contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the pensions sector. We also welcome applications from anyone outside of Croydon college, so if you know someone who might be interested in applying, please contact us. 

We are dedicated to training our own people and providing them with the tools and resources they need to build successful careers in the pensions industry. We believe that this apprenticeship scheme is a significant step in that direction, and we are eager to welcome our first cohort of apprentices.
