We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Client Relationship Associate. As a Client Relationship Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and assisting in the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Client Relationship Managers to understand clients’ strategic goals, expectations, and requirements.
  • Generate, review, or compile comprehensive client reports that highlight service performance and project progress.
  • Maintain and update internal client records accurately and efficiently.
  • Organize and participate in meetings, record minutes, document actions, and ensure follow-up on agreed-upon tasks.
  • Support clients by assisting Client Relationship Managers in communicating technical advice and guidance.
  • Provide oversight and reporting on client projects and day-to-day operational services.
  • Serve as a backup or secondary contact for daily client inquiries.
  • Attend Trustee and client meetings to present reports and updates on services.
  • Share client feedback and strategic plans with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely provision of management information for clients and Client Relationship Managers, including the production of client service reports.
  • Possess knowledge of ISO 27001 policies and processes and adhere to them appropriately.
  • Foster positive working relationships with operational teams and internal stakeholders to develop solutions, resolve issues, and manage projects.
  • Act as an escalation point for client or member issues, collaborating with Client Relationship Managers to recommend and implement satisfactory solutions.
  • Stay proactive and bring industry developments, service enhancements, and innovations to clients’ attention.
  • Participate in new business presentations.
  • Support and collaborate closely with Client Relationship Managers in all aspects of the role.
  • Devise, develop, and implement competitive and innovative solutions in collaboration with internal colleagues.
  • Perform other duties as reasonably assigned within the scope of the position.
