Our Christmas and New Year opening hours
will reopen at 9am on Friday 27 December.
On Tuesday 27 December, we’ll once again be closing our offices from 1pm. We’ll return to our
normal opening hours of 9am to 5.30pm from Thursday 2 January 2024.
In addition, we’ll be closing our telephone helplines at 1pm on Friday 6 December. They will
reopen as normal at 9am on Monday 9 December.
