We’re proud to announce that Trafalgar House is now a committed member of the Menopause Friendly Accreditation – taking an important step on our journey to better support our colleagues through every stage of life and career.

While we’ve always strived to be an inclusive and supportive employer, this formal commitment marks the start of a structured and independently recognised programme to build awareness, improve workplace support, and break the stigma around menopause.
The Menopause Friendly Accreditation, run by Henpicked, is the recognised standard for employers who want to create a menopause-inclusive culture. It helps organisations implement practical policies, engage in open conversations, and empower all colleagues – particularly those directly experiencing menopause – to feel supported at work. As a first step, we’ve joined the programme as a “Committed” employer. That means we’re actively working towards achieving full accreditation by reviewing our policies, providing manager training, and introducing initiatives that support awareness and education across our business.
