Lesley is responsible for project managing new client implementations and service development programmes.
Lesley is a PRINCE2 Practitioner and has worked in third-party pensions administration for over 10 years, supporting the development and implementation of new processes. Lesley has extensive experience in outsourcing, having worked widely in both the financial services and the charity sectors.
Before joining Trafalgar House in 2020, Lesley acted as a project manager covering a variety of projects, with examples including the implementation of new payroll systems, to process re-engineering initiatives designed to improve the customer experience.
Lesley is passionate about focussing on the member experience throughout the administration transition so that a seamless and worry-free move takes place.
