Katie is responsible for managing existing client relationships as well as providing support and oversight of service delivery.
With experience covering the management of scheme and member event teams, Katie has a solid background in understanding the administrative challenges faced by most trustees.
As a client manager Katie has worked with schemes that have between 200 and 15,000 members, supporting them through service improvement, benefit rectification and liability management exercises.
Publicised administration failings have shone a light on the importance of high-quality service, so it’s pleasing to be part of a team who invests so much in driving quality and technical excellence. Experience has made me appreciate the importance of a close working relationship between administrator and trustee, and this is something I feel passionate about promoting.
