Karla manages our Technical & Communications Team who are responsible for providing expert pension knowledge and communications support to our operational teams, enabling delivery of a first class service to clients and their members.
Karla has a strong technical pensions background and has worked in the pensions industry for over 25 years. Before joining Trafalgar House in 2013, she worked for a large in house pension scheme in a variety of roles including technical manager and secretary to trustees.
She has been a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute since 2015.
