Fay is responsible for managing existing client relationships as well as providing trustee secretarial services.
Fay has a wide breadth of knowledge and a wealth of experience in a variety of roles. Starting her career as a trainee administrator in 1991, Fay has held roles in the third-party administration sector as a team leader, technical adviser and consultant. Fay also spent five years working as an in-house pensions manager for a large multi-employer scheme.
Fay became an Associate of the Pensions Management Institute in 2002 and also the RPC in 2019.
