Daniel is responsible for maintaining our focus on delivering exceptional client service while supporting growth and innovation across the business.
Over his career, Daniel has run third-party administration operations and helped to develop and implement new technology and communication solutions, all aimed at providing truly exceptional member and client experiences. Daniel speaks regularly at industry events and is an advocate for the effective use of technology in driving up industry standards.
Before joining Trafalgar House as Client Director in 2016, Daniel held senior leadership roles covering operations, implementations, quality assurance and business development. Most recently Daniel acted as Head of Administration services within another third-party pensions administrator.
With a maturing DB market and complex DC options, trustees and members have never relied so much upon the experience and technical capability of their administrator.
