Callum’s professional journey started with a degree in Business Management and Internet Technologies, which set the foundation for his successive roles in various fields such as claims consultancy, pensions administration, and, most recently, client relationship management.
Prior to joining Trafalgar House in October 2023, Callum was a Client Relationship Manager at a prominent third-party administrator. Before this, he acted as Pensions Team Manager, where he oversaw a team of 15 administration professionals. In these roles, he honed his ability to meet key performance targets and service levels, establishing a robust foundation for his career in client relationship management.
At Trafalgar House, Callum’s role involves a wide variety of client management duties, focusing on the development and enhancement of client relationships. His prior operational experience in pensions administration equips him with a deep understanding of administration projects and processes, making him an invaluable subject matter expert for clients. Drawing upon his extensive skill set, Callum is instrumental in achieving the strategic objectives for a diverse array of clients.
