Bryony joined Trafalgar House in 2025 as a Client Relationship Manager, bringing with her extensive experience gained from senior roles at organisations such as Railpen and Capita. At Railpen, she successfully led large teams and oversaw complex regulatory and client-focused projects, demonstrating her ability to deliver high-quality results and enhance operational efficiency. 

In her role at Trafalgar House, Bryony’s focus is on strengthening client relationships, managing complex projects, and delivering tailored solutions that align with client objectives. Her expertise in capacity planning, governance, and process enhancement makes her a valuable resource for both her clients and colleagues.
