Andrea leads the Business Solutions Team, a group of dedicated professionals including a project manager, business analysts, and communication specialists. This team is responsible for delivering systems-led solutions that support the business in providing top-notch administration services to members and clients. In addition, they develop and deliver communication tools to members and coordinate communication projects for clients.
With over 35 years of experience in pensions, Andrea has a wealth of knowledge in management, project management, and business analysis. Her expertise includes setting up pension operations from scratch and developing administration systems and supporting processes for third-party, in-house pension, and investment management schemes. She has worked with a variety of DB, DC, and hybrid schemes, giving her a broad perspective on pension management.
