About the role
What you’ll be doing
As a member of our Service Delivery Team, you’ll be working with a Lead Associate or Team Manager to help support our clients and scheme members. Plus, you’ll be working towards professional qualifications from the Pensions Management Institute.
You’ll be responsible for
Your job will be all about providing top-notch customer service, communicating with pension scheme members and third parties through various channels, and completing mandatory PMI accreditation modules. You’ll also help maintaining good quality data and taking care of pension administrative tasks and processes. Along the way, you’ll become an expert in pension systems, build strong professional relationships, prioritise your workload, and create accurate written correspondence.

You must work independently, with attention to detail, exhibit resilience in achieving targets, and demonstrate your concern by creating strong relationships across teams.
