Shelly provides overall leadership to our service delivery and client projects teams. Shelly supports the business’ long-term service strategy – including organisational structures and operating models. A key area of focus is the delivery and development of our customer centric service that provides a first-class member experience.
Shelly has a strong operational background and has worked in the pensions industry for over 25 years with roles spanning the in-house and third-party market. Before joining Trafalgar House in 2021, Shelly acted as administration manager at one of the UK’s largest in-house pension schemes. Shelly has also worked in the third-party administration sector for over 18 years.
Shelly has been an Associate of the Pensions Management Institute since 2014.
